Owosso Public Schools issued the following announcement on Nov. 2.
Fourth graders at Bryant Elementary got a jump start on their International Baccalaureate energy unit when Ms. Johnson and Ms. Luedy from Consumers Energy stopped in for a presentation.
The Consumers Energy representatives spoke with students about energy savings, natural gas safety, water efficiency, and careers in the energy field. Students were charged with taking action in their homes using items in the energy kits provided by Consumers Energy. Mrs. Crugher’s fourth graders.
