City of Owosso Government issued the following announcement on Aug. 9.
With students heading back to school next week, our crossing guards were back in school preparing for the upcoming year. Guards are responsible for safely crossing children who walk and bicycle to school. Duties include stopping traffic, managing traffic control devices and assisting students and their families.
