Wednesday, April 9: Laingsburg High School standout Ashley Bila’s college team loses to Michigan Wolverines

On Wednesday, April 9, former Laingsburg High School standout Ashley Bila’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Michigan Wolverines.

The game took place at Alumni Field at Carol Hutchins Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Wolverines this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 3 p.m. at Margo Jonker Stadium against Kent State Golden Flashes.
