Shiawassee County Health Department partners with local businesses and organizations to provide FREE condoms to Shiawassee County residents. The Wear One Program was developed to increase free condom availability, create awareness and promote acceptance of condom use. Goals for the Wear One Program include:
• Decreasing the transmission of STIs and HIV• Decreasing unplanned pregnancies• Removing barriers like cost, accessibility, and embarrassment
