In past years, we have collected for our mitten tree, VFW food drive, and the Red Cross during the first two weeks in December. However, with all that is going on this year, our collection will look a little different. We will still be reaching out to our community via the food drive but any winter item we collect will go in our Clothes Closet here at school for any child who may be in need of those items. In addition, this year we are adding Toys for Tots as well. Please only bring in the items listed below…
*Winter Items: Our clothes closet and classrooms are short on winter gear for students that may need them. We will happily accept any donations of new or gently used gloves/mittens, boots and coats, in a variety of sizes.
*VFW Food Drive: Any non-perishable item. Please no glass bottles.
*Toys for Tots: There is a collection box for toys in the Elementary office. If your family is interested in participating, you can go to the following link to get information and/or apply. www.Shiawassee-mi.toysfortots.org
