City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.
On Friday, November 19 leaf collection crews completed the second round of the program after gathering the leaves in S8 and N8. We complete the second pick-up of the trunk lines (M-21, M-52, M-71) on Wednesday, November 24 as indicated in the leaf brochure.
There be a third round of leaf collection, information to follow.
