City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Aug. 19.
The City Council will be holding a special meeting on Monday, August 30, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 301 West Main Street, Owosso to discuss possible uses of the American Rescue Plan Act funding.
Citizens are encouraged to attend and opportunity will be afforded for citizen comment.
