City of Owosso Government issued the following announcement on Oct. 6.
Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, E North Street will be closed to through traffic between Washington Street and Hickory Street for a street repair. Local traffic will be maintained. The work is anticipated to take 3 days. Any questions or comments may be submitted to the City of Owosso DPW office, by telephone, at 989-725-0550.
