City of Owosso Government issued the following announcement on Aug. 19.
UPDATE (7:45 am 8/19/2020): Service was restored at approximately 4:00 am. North Street will remain closed today for cleanup, road repair, and restoration.
There is a 12 inch water main break on North Street near Sunburst Gardens. Crews have isolated the problem and are working to repair
Update (7:15 pm 8/18/2020): Crews estimate this is now isolated to 10 houses and an apartment building without water. All other water (and water pressure) should be returned to normal.
