Memorial Healthcare is pleased to announce our March and June 2020 Employee of the Month recipients.
Theresa Carnahan, Resident Care Assistant at the Meadows was selected as our March 2020 Employee of the Month. Theresa has been employed with Memorial Healthcare since 2018.
According to her winning nomination, “Theresa always carries out her responsibilities and does her best; however with recent staffing changes she has stepped up and shown how much more she is capable of. She has obtained extra responsibilities and has done so with a positive attitude and also encouraging others to follow the same positivity. Theresa is a cheerleader for the organization and shows what it means to be a highly engaged employee.”
Selected for our June 2020 Employee of the Month was Neil Millar, RN, Shift Coordinator in the Emergency Department. Neil has been employed with Memorial Healthcare since 2015.
According to his winning nomination, “Neil has gone above all expectations by volunteering to work the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic. He spent extra time and effort researching, developing, and implementing new mask technology for staff.”
