FOOD OUTBREAK UPDATE: Thomson International of Bakersfield, CA recalled all varieties of potentially contaminated onion due to the risk of cross contamination including red, yellow, white and sweet yellow onions. Investigation continues. https://go.usa.gov/xfVaR
