City Council has authorized a 21-day posting period, starting January 7, 2020, for the vetting of the proposed cash rent agreement between the City of Owosso and Matt and Kevin Dutcher d/b/a Shawnee Creek Farms for city owned tillable land near Hopkins Lake, Owosso, Michigan.
