City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Dec. 23
At its December 16, 2019 regular meeting the Owosso City Council voted to present citizens with the opportunity to vote on whether the City should sell another $10 million in bonds to help fix the streets. The question will be placed on the March 10, 2020 ballot.
