A low-impact exercise program specifically geared for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinson’s Disease. Group meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. or from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. The cost is $35 per month. Each class is designed specifically for the functioning level of the participant. Ask about which class is right for you.
