City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Oct. 16
On October 16, 2019, Owosso Public Safety officers responded to the 300 block of Dewey Street for a report of a possible deceased subject with a second subject who was injured. Upon arrival, officers located a deceased male in the residence and a female with serious injuries. The female was transferred to Memorial Hospital for treatment, she is currently in critical condition.
Detectives from Owosso Public Safety responded to the scene and initiated a criminal investigation due to the suspicious nature of the death.
