NOTICE IS hereby given that the City of Owosso Downtown Development Authority / Main Street Board has POSTPONED ITS REGULAR OCTOBER MEETING from Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 7:30 a.m. to THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2019 AT 12:00PM AT OWOSSO CITY HALL (COUNCIL CHAMBERS), 301 W. Main Street, Owosso, Michigan.
