City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Sept. 20
The Historical Commission has called a special meeting for Monday, September 23, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Curwood Castle, 226 Curwood Castle Drive, Owosso, Michigan for the purpose of discussing the future of the Historical Properties Director position and a potential mutual agreement between the City and the Historical Commission. The public is welcome to attend.
